Yes. Roofs, siding and stucco are soft washed with low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills algae, mildew and lichen. High pressure is saved for concrete and pavers, which can handle it. We also pre-wet, protect and rinse your plants.

Concrete is built to handle pressure washing. Using a rotary surface cleaner keeps the nozzle at a steady distance, which gives an even clean and avoids the gouges and stripes a wand held too close can cause.

We pre-treat oil stains before washing, and many lift out or fade a lot. Old oil that has soaked deep into the concrete may not come out fully. We will be honest with you about what to expect when we look at it.

We pre-wet your landscaping before we start and rinse it again when we finish. That helps protect your grass, shrubs and flower beds from overspray.

Not at high pressure. Siding, stucco, painted wood and stone veneer are soft washed. High pressure can crack stucco, strip paint and push water behind siding, so we rely on the cleaning solution to do the work.
